We provide necessary home electrical inspections required by Duke Energy.
These inspections require a licensed electrical contractor to pull a permit, inspect, and have the local jurisdiction sign off that it is okay to restore power to the residence, if the residence has not had power for more than 6 months.
In this situation we require a $200.00 deposit which covers the permit fee, and our service fee rate to inspect and make recommendations to the property owner.
Some minor repairs can be covered in the $200.00, but most repairs will be subject to our residential service rates.
We provide this service directly for home owners, landlords, and property management companies.
